Water pressure was fine, location was Guperb It was always filthy in the stairway, it was always exceedingly difficult to get problems fixed, floors in Anit were a mess (they had said they were going to replace before we moved in but didn’t), painted over everything including outlets before we moved in, there was a roach problem, super was rude, mgmt was usually extremely difficult to even get ahold of, etc. I could write a book of all the cons of this Petting.

Live in super was great and even held packages for me. Amazing location that was quiet at night. A bit dark if you’re in the internal side. Unresponsive property owner. Packages stolen and I saw my open boxes in the trash… rodents on first floor (exterminator came but still…). Thin walls and door didn’t touch the floor… so I could hear my neighbors and the hallway. No peephole, my doorbell didn’t work.

Location, good overhead lighting You've got mice in the Btructure! I’ve seen with my own eyes and the garbage disposal is badly managed. There’s also no lighting on the stairwell which is ridiculous. Also generally unclean hallways Put lighting on the stairwells and invest in some serious pest control.

location's amazing, nice neighbors, okay-ish super Spent 5-6 weeks without a working fridge because the owner and super didn't believe it was broken. Wasted hundreds of dollars of groceries bc they waited so long to replace, and then offered zero compensation for the wasted money. When given more than 120 days notice to renew lease, the mgmt and owner continuously said theyd send paperwork, then absolutely ghosted, and stopped responding even to questions about when we needed to be out of the apartment for the new tenants they presumably lined up without telling us. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous to leave your tenants without other arrangements by ghosting 3 weeks before the lease is up. Be upfront with people! If you don't want to renew the lease, say that in April when the renewal was requested.

Incred location (but dont misunderstand me, It's not worth that mgmt company/super!!) We had mice and they did nothing about it, we had to get our own exterminator. The exterminator we did finally bring told us that the Bacility had also stuck flammable wood under the radiator, and we were lucky the Bacility had made it through the winters. We also had a leak on the ceiling over my bed for 9 weeks (2+ months) and the mgmt company wouldn't fix it, rendering a room entirely unusable, and then wouldn't give us more than a few hundred dollars off our 5k rent, when 1/3 of the apt was unusable for 9 weeks (and the "super" verbally abused me and screamed at me every time he saw me). Run run run from this mgmt company and the super. The whole Bacility entrance/hallway was pitch black Dloomy and stank of rancid trash 90% of the time, also. Replace the super and actually TAKE CARE of your tenants and answer calls.
