Unit 1L Pros: The building's location is ideal. Cons: This building has a very noisy bar on its ground level. So be prepared to hear drunk people screaming outside your bedroom window until 3am. The apartment is tiny with only one small shower. None of the apartments in the building have a laundry machine. The patio is nice but full of mosquitos in the summer—also, the crazy neighbor next door always threatens and harasses whoever is hanging out there. Advice to landlord: Ask the bar downstairs to install sound proof windows. Close the back patio cause someone cause seriously get heart by that next door neighbor
