Pros: Didn’t really have a big issue with pests / rodents and the AC was great Cons: Extremely small, no place to put packages, inconsistent heat, no natural light Advice to landlord: Be more responsive, have options to pay online

Pros: The location is amazing and the apt manager answers all my calls at regualr hours. Cons: Fixtures are crappy, water comes out brown at first, I wake up stuffed up, radiator is super loud, can hear everyone in the hallway, not well maintained, packages get stolen frequently, tub is painted and paint flakes off during every shower, mold on walls in bathroom?, wouldn't be surprisded if its not safe to live here due to lead or other environmental factors. There are rats outside due to the restaurant trash on the sidewalk each night. Advice to landlord: The maintenance people are very careless and repairs are done so poorly. For example, there are pieces of wood covering holes, bathtub paint chips, mold in batrhroom was just painted over and came back, etc.
