Pros: Nice apartments with modern utilities. Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer in unit is a major plus. Also great outdoor space right outside your apartment Cons: - The elevator seems to always have issues. Both my roommate and I have been stuck in the elevator at times. It would eventually open by itself but still was a major concern - The doorbell to let people into the building is all ran through an app on your phone. While it’s a cool concept, the app ends up not working half the time and you have to go down and let people in. Multiple times the entire box outside has crashed and you can’t let anyone in Advice to landlord: Add another way to let people into the building from the unit rather than through the phone. Fix the electors
