Pros: Great super that is really helpful. Wonderful location. Cons: The building management is very mediocre. They do not respond to emails. The place gets extremely hot in the winter.

Pros: Location: Right in the heart of the Village, down the street from Washington Square Park and perfect for me as an NYU student; Our current super is extremely kind and responsive Cons: I never got used to walking up the 4 floors of stairs; the heating in the winter is too much sometimes Advice to landlord: Everything is great about this property!
