Pros: Nothing to like about this building Cons: The landlord is slimy. They have no moral compass and will do whatever they can to make your rental experience miserable. If something is wrong they are extremely difficult to work with to fix it. They are currently being sued by two different tenants for their lack of providing heat to the tenants.

Pros: Neighbors were nice Cons: Old, unresponsive management

Pros: The neighborhood is great. Cons: Super is useless and NOT on site. Advice to landlord: Get a super that cares about the tenants and taking care of the property.
