Unit 3110 Pros: great doormen, very pet friendly, good location, generally clean and well managed. negotiable rent Cons: Management is not great at responding to issues. we had a pretty major problem that needed resolving and the management didn’t contact us or respond to us at all. only information we got was from doormen and maintenance people. sometime packages are poorly managed, but usually fine.

Pros: - good location with convenient subway access - spacious studio apartments - well equipped kitchen Cons: - overlooking a tunnel - access keypad sometimes does not work

Unit 26F Pros: Great location and good shared spaces (loft, terrace and gym) Cons: They market a pool but it’s closed during all year long. Expensive.

Pros: It’s a landmark building with gorgeous Hudson River views from certain apts. Cons: Elevators would break down quite often. Advice to landlord: It’d be great if there a gym at this building

Unit 1429 Pros: Sonder building. Feels like living in a hotel in the best way. Nice maintenance app, and very responsive staff. Cons: Water pressure on my unit was finicky.

Unit 2809 Pros: Building was in perfect state, clean, laundry in each floor., always somebody (very polite) in front desk Cons: The package room was closed randomly, and the person in charge was not very polite, specially with people who didn't speak english fluently.
