Location is Aabulous, mgmt company is responsive to issues. Can be loud, trash can pile up/smell, not the most up to date Bacility, Sompact apartments. Updating some of the older units would go a long way.

Building is conveniently located next to many hotspots in the LES/EV area. With easy access to the subway station, getting to Brooklyn gets easy. Landlord is a great person who’s always trying to keep the property properly maintained. Super is responsive and will help you out with whatever you need help with. sadly due to its location, the noise is quite substantial especially during the weekend. Beware, if you’re living on the first or second floor. Close down no fun for the love of god.
