Clean, good area (but loud), elevators Broperty is run by mean awful people. From the super to the doormen to the mgmt company - everyone is terrible and unhelpful. Weird random rules too. Hire nicer people

Location is everything! An Effortless walk to West Village, Soho, Noho, East Village, Greenwich Village, Tribeca. spacious rooms and large walk in closets. Doormen are all sweet. Laundry on every floor. Noise on this street is a lot. There's a club underneath the Bomplex that hosts events most nights of the week. Heat and AC were always broken. Grumpy Outdated super. Be honest about the noise.

The elevator , security and laundry are rare finds for the area at this price point One of the doorman, Barry, is hard to deal with. Mice and cockroach problem! Hire a new super who isn’t an ass, get larger garbage shoots so the nice and bugs go away

location's amazing. Charming; giving old school NY vibes. Mostly nice tenants and doormen. On site super gets reliable / quick. Lobbies / hallways don’t have great heat, old building problems, sassy mgmt, also wish the central AC was more reliable. Won’t hold packages for more than 48h Get a package room please!

Ruite cute, newly renovated studio Apace. The doorman are Gonderful. mgmt is straight up mean and maintenance people are horrible. but, if something truly needs to get done, they do it in a timely manor. They kind of reprimand you for asking for anything though.
