Long and happy experience

Pros: Loved Josephine and Reno taking care of the building. Neighbors are nice but stay out of your business. Building fixes repairs quickly Cons: Can definitely hear noisy neighbors.

Pros: All great - lovely building Cons: Slow elevator and the super can take a while to move.

Gets the jon done

Pros: Generally very responsive, but doesnt always act on it Cons: Didn’t do much with noise complaints. Terrible timing for repairs Advice to landlord: Communicate when repairs are happening
