Pros: - Location is central to all areas of the city. With 3 trains directly under the building you can go north, south, east and west - Doormen are very friendly - Doormen collect all packages - Utilities are included Cons: - If youre street facing it is extremely noisy in the middle of the night. Garbage trucks are constantly making a ton of noise and often construction in the middle of the night at all hours (not the buildings fault at all) Advice to landlord: Thank you for provided a safe and clean space for us to live

Unit 7OK Pros: Very centrally located. Cons: Doormen were useless. I had roaches in my apartment, and the superintendent refused to do anything to solve the issue. Building was dirty and not maintained at all. The unit I lived in is currently being billed as 300 sq ft, but it's actually 110 sq. ft. No oven No freezer (it's called a "chiller," and is the top door of the mini-fridge, but does not get cold enough to keep things frozen). Advice to landlord: Tear down the building and start over, or find someone who's willing to put in the work to make this place liveable.

Pros: Doorman are amazing and super helpful. Any necessary maintenance happens in a timely manner. No issues with pests. Cons: Walls are a little thin and if neighbors are loud, you can definitely hear them. Apartment kitchens could use an update.
