Pros: The first good apartment I’ve lived in in nyc. Staff is super friendly. Gym is great. Building is quiet. Good price good size good area Cons: Some of the management (not the doormen) can be pretty rude. The company made an error processing my COI for moving furniture. I stayed home from work that day only to have the delivery crew rejected at the door, despite having the coi approved and elevator booked over email 72 hours in advance. Had to pay 200 to reschedule. The manager I spoke to offered no apology and took no responsibility- just an it’s not our fault we hire a third party for this service and they made a mistake.

Pros: The doormen couldn’t be more helpful and attentive, whether that making getting your packages the easiest process, opening the door for you everytime you enter/exit the buildings, or helping you bring stuff up to your apartment if you need help. Also every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request they come within 30 minutes. Hallways are always clean. Elevators are fast and readily available. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Beautiful lobby that they decorate very nice during the holidays. Great location, can see Trader Joe’s from my apartment window and Fairway is close by. Cons: Annoying about the rooftop, be more lenient. If I’m paying for access to it I should be able to bring a guest.

Pros: Doorman staff, fast elevators, renovated lobby, spacious units and bathroom, responsive maintenance team Cons: Cleanliness of floor hallways, management can sometimes do the least Advice to landlord: Be a collaborator with the tenants who raise concerns rather than a defenseman

Pros: -building staff - doormen and maintenance are all very nice Cons: -building feels like a dorm. Entire building is full of young people riding the elevators up and down to party with plastic red cups. Feels like living in a sorority or frat house -building management increased rent by $500. Feels illegal

Pros: Clean lobby and hallways Cons: Greedy owner. They increase the rent even when the market is flat. If the market has declined then the rent should decline but they still increase the rent. Terrible! Advice to landlord: Don't increase the rent

Pros: Good location, Driveway, large and clean lobby, big laundry room, great staff Cons: Far from most subway lines. Garbage compactor closes 10pm.

Pros: Clean, easy, and nice ownership. Cons: Noisy doormen. Annoying about rooftop. Advice to landlord: Be less annoying about rooftop.
