Pros: Ogden Cap is a big management company that runs Biltmore Plaza well. The building staff is super friendly and take such good care of the building. The shared spaces like the laundry room, gym, rooftop are well maintained and kept clean. The staff is also incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, often coming to service within 24 hours. Cons: There is a separate membership fee to use the amenities (rooftop, pool, gym) Sometimes an elevator is out of service, but the staff works quickly to get them up an

Pros: The doormen are incredible, everything is clean and well-maintained and the AC is great. Cons: Loud neighbors, but never disrespectful Advice to landlord: Lower the rent so I can stay forever

Pros: This building is phenomenal. The staff is so attentive, the doormen are great. Clean ammenities. Cons: Price is the only bad thing Advice to landlord: Lower cost, so I can live here longer haha

Pros: The doormen are very kind and attentive. I always felt very safe in this building. The building is very clean and beautiful as well. The rooftop and health club facilities are a great asset. Cons: Noise level is very high on 3rd Ave with proximity to the fire station. I was on the 14th floor and could hear everything down on the street. You also have to pay to use the health club facilities

Pros: Love so much about this building: - Very friendly doormen - Very safe - Never had any issues with packages - Always had space to do my laundry and never had any issues with all machines being taken - With technical tickets, they are extremely responsive and fix the issue the same day if it's reported before 3pm Cons: No real cons! Had very noisy neighbors, but, after they moved out, I haven't had any issues with noise.

Pros: LOVE everything about this building. Clean, comfortable, all staff is very responsive and polite, doormen are awesome, maintenance requests are addressed within 4 hours on average. Beautiful amenities and well lit apartments Cons: They are putting up scaffolding Sept 2024 that will close the rooftop until at least June 2025 - be mindful if you are signing a new lease Advice to landlord: N/A
