Nice, updated apartments with nice appliances! Roaches seem to never stop during the warmer months and the super is IMPOSSIBLE to contact unless you don’t work Mon-Fri 9-3. Even when you do get a hold, he’s rude. Was trying to move out and asked if I could park closer to the building to help load during a week day. He said I could park 3 blocks over and hung up on me. Wouldn’t answer any calls for the rest of the day. Get a better super.

Location provides great convenience for public transportation. Packages are stolen even in the package room. Heat isn't consistent; only gets turned on when complaints are made

Most units have Nodern appliances AC already installed Bxpansive windows Pretty closed off only if you’re high floor from danger They keep raising my rent saying it’s late when it’s their own apps fault AC needs to be stronger My rental agent disappeared as soon as I signed despite lingering questions Office workers all confused Laundry Ieems a nightmare and machines always breaking Packages being stolen Buzzers never work and the uber people always make me go down to let them in AC in the elevators and halls Get reliable laundry machines Invest in security right outside of the gates Fix the damn buzzers :( Get a security check for packages
