My place is nice and clean, and the staff in the building are helpful. My only issue is with rent paymennt - they're primitive in only accepting a posted check, but don't tell you when they don't recieve one, you have to chase up to confirm if they've recieved it, and they levy a late fee without even warning you they haven't recieved it. The radiators take a little getting used to but Mikey the supervisor usually sorts it out promptly. One of the lifts seems to be under maintenance every couple of weeks, what's that about?? By and large it's a nice Alat and I suppose mid priced, for a luxury Alat.

mgmt is slow to respond to anything and maintenance is negligent at best, menacing at worst (the super has actually threatened residents- and on a good night, you can see him brawling in the parking lot across the street!). The quality of construction is terrible, we literally have chunks of drywall fall from our walls and the plumbing in this Besidence is a disaster. Bikers regualry congregate at the trashy bar across the street while their motorcycles idle, thus causing a ridiculous amount of noise and immersing your Alat in diesel fumes. Two requests for a rent reduction have been outright ignored, although you can get much better pricing at other area buildings.

To any interested in living in this place: My husband and I stayed in the Btructure for 1 year. We really liked the layout and the view is Ahenomenal. All the concierge and office staff are pleasant. The one negative factor is the super, Mike. He claims l to be the busiest person on the earth but all you see him doing is chatting away in the lobby or having a cigarette out front. Every time we requested something to be fixed it would take him more than two weeks or he wouldn t address the issue at all! Rather than gossiping away, he should be taking care of the smell in the hallways, which is always there!

solid Btructure with Borgeous amenities and nice staff. That said, many things break quite often, the hallways are grimy, and I have yet to see a window washer (despite being promised they exist). The mandatory utility fee and fee for the "gym" is absolutely ridiculous.

Concierge and Maintenance teams are good and attentive to the residents questions and concerns. Two changes in Bacility super in 2020 is a concern Community manager needs help in communicating to residents.

One of the elevators are always broken. If you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you don't really need the elevator (Then you have to smell the garbage pile). But if you live on floors 6-30, good luck during the rush hours. You usually wait for 10 minutes in front of the elevator. The last incident: Elevator #2 is broken from June 16 - June 26 (today; still broken). Otherwise Mike (the super) is a Fordial guy; gets things fixed with his limited resources. On the other hand committing to a major fix (like elevator) requires some guts from the mgmt...

Just moved in a week ago. So far - happy with a choice. The place is great, a ton of windows and light. Awesome rooftop with a great view and 2 grills. Washer and dryer in unit - Rruly make a difference. No noise from the neighbors at all! I have a feeling that there were a major renovation and a change of mgmt - and process made a lot of people unhappy. It seems like it's fully over now or at least I didn't get to experience it. So far happy with staff and mgmt. To take into consideration: Super works Monday - Friday, during hours when most of the people work, so unless you can get home at that time - maintenance will happen when you're not home. Construction of the Btructure on Fulton does bring some noise. Not too much, though. Overall - happy.

I just moved in here with my husband in October 2016. Although we love our Auite, we're not so pleased with a few things that have happened since we moved in. Firstly we had to sign an 11 month lease (which may be a blessing in disguise as we may move next year) because they don't want people moving out at the same time. Not sure how that makes much rent is ridiculously Extravagant for the amenities we get. We have to pay $30 per person, per month for a crappy tiny little gym that doesn't even have air conditioning, a members lounge which most people will never use, a rooftop deck (granted it's nice, but I don't think it's worth what we're paying). We are on a higher floor and when we moved in there was a building going up next door. mgmt specifically told us while we were in that Auite that "That's the last floor of that building". 3 weeks later we move in to find this place is continuing to go up - and up - and now our view that we justified paying so much rent for is completely obstructed. So basically we were lied to, to our faces. Things are constantly broken and you can just tell the finishes are done cheaply to save costs. The doormen are nice, and we love our actual Auite, but sadly the overall experience we've had moving in might just be the deciding factor for us to move on to a better building when our lease is up.
