Pros: My apartment was cute but they lied on the apartment listed and posted pictures for an apartment that definitely wasn’t mine. Cons: This building is a shitshow. Swapped management 3 times in the time I was there. Mice and roach infested across all floors. We went without hot water and heat in the whole building in winter for nearly a month. Sewage was leaking from the apartment above into adjacent apartments and went unresolved for nearly a year resulting in mold. Mold across multiple units. They had deceptive renting practices and previous management wasn’t clear about rent stabilization rent increases. Hopefully it’s in better hands now but 0/10. Only good thing were the neighbors and location. Advice to landlord: Take care of your tenants.
