Parking attendant told me they were full an proceeded to take 3 cars after me who were not monthly but because the drivers were white. They make up there own prices an are very rude.They want you to pay in cash so they can give you there own made up price.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at Pavilion Off the Park (1481 5th Avenue). We've been living here for 4 years, and throughout our tenancy, management has done an excellent job of communicating, protecting staff and residents during the pandemic, they're responsive and will work with you on any reasonable requests, and they're also just extremely kind, thoughtful, respectful and nice people (but don't expect any "pushovers" - they're still professionals and have a role to fulfill as advocates for not only building management, but all tenants as a community). They're also extremely professional - you're not dealing with an "adversary" like some management companies. They want their tenants to be happy and safe, and they treat your apartment like theirs in the sense that any work that's done has to live up to their (high) standards. My husband and I have said multiple times throughout the years that this is truly the best management company we've ever dealt with (and we've rented in over 15 places combined and have had some other really great landlords).
