Unit 15C Pros: We have a front desk so package management is great, never had anything stolen. We have in-building laundry that is cheaper than outside, and gym in the basement. Also have a recreational center so you can host smaller parties or events if needed. Cons: Central air (heat and a/c) is turned off and on during off-season, but sometimes it gets randomly hot/cold in off-season and we don't have any temperature control in place.
