Do not live here. Resident Manager Mark liar is a piece of shitt and will cry to management if he doesn't like your tone or your requests. He is a rat. He given his status of a 400 plus unit building, he can walk on water. However, he is nothing more than a unionized pawn

It was only after signing the lease that we first came across the negative reviews posted on My wife and I nervously followed through and proceeded with moving in - and we are so thankful that we did. Top to bottom the experience has been first class. From the attentiveness of mirador in obtaining the lease to the responsiveness of the facilities management in addressing minor issues prior to our move-in, the customer service has been impeccable. Moving in nyc is not easy but the tower 67 team alleviated a lot of our stress. The apartment itself is amazing - views, finishes, water pressure, layout, kitchen size, etc ; even our two picky children have been effusive in how happy they are in this new apartment. Likewise all of the common areas are kept in pristine condition - we quickly felt at home. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the staff has been at all times courteous, friendly and helpful - this team is doing something right. Forgive the length of this post, but in light of how negative many of the reviews are, we wanted to share the great experience we are having with prospective renters. We are lucky/blessed to live at Tower 67.

Old building, not organized when you move in, grumpy doorman, lazy management. Leasing agents are super nice to sign you in. After that, good luck.

Tower 67 was a wonderful place to call home. The doormen helped me with my daily needs, and the facilities were top. While it can be noisy, the building is walkable to many wonderful places in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I had to move to a bigger space, but I would recommend to renters looking for a space on the Upper West Side.

I can't say enough about how terrible it is here. The staff here, especially the super George are the most rude, awful people you will meet. They are unhelpful and terrible to deal with. My dishwasher hasnt worked in months so they blamed it on the soap and didn't fix it, real nice for almost 4 grand per month. The elevators can take up to 30 minutes, and good luck getting in with the strollers that accumulate in the lobby waiting. The people here let their kids run wild and scream and run in the lobby and hallways. THIS BUILDING TAKES THE FUN AND ENJOYMENT AWAY FROM LIVING IN NYC. Stay away, there are so many amazing apartment buildings in the city. Only come here to die lonely and miserable.

This building is run by the rudest, most inept group of people I have ever encountered. The doormen are blatantly rude to tenants, unwilling to accommodate simple requests, and just plain unhelpful. I voluntarily broke my lease 10 months early, because I was so dissatisfied with the building, and didn't want to continue to pay to be in a building that treats tenants in such a manner. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING TO ANYONE.

This is a very nice building with the most horrible staff ever, starting with George. We have been in this building for 4 years now , keeping the apartment extremely clean and paying the rent early every month . The staff is extremely rude and no help in any of the issues. George once stole our daughter 's stroller from in front of the door when we only got in the apartment for a few minutes. Another day Esad threatened to throw my wet unbrealla away if I do not remove it from the door. Some other time Mark( who is the worst person ever) almost squeezed my feet in the revolving doors. I would not even consider to move to this building . Talk to the people in the building first before making a decision.kThis is a very nice building with the most horrible staff ever, starting with George. This is really a wonderful building. We sold our nearby co-op and have been here 6 months. The staff is extremely friendly and unbelievably responsive. We have had 3 minor problems: doorbell not working, loose kitchen cabinet door, weak toilet flush. We called the front desk and in each case a maintenance guy was here within 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES!! We had looked at many buildings on the Upper West Side during the year our co-op was on the market. Tower 67 beats them all. When we moved in a gym was the only thing lacking. It has since been added. The elevators are just fine. The building is very quiet. Within 2-3 blocks we have a multiplex, Lincoln Center, Trader Joe, innumerable restaurants, drug store, hardware store, UPS store, post office, my garage. We love it here,

Love our flat - the space and the layout but I dislike two things: 1. the noise being close to a hospital, fire station and a construction site, its as noisy as it gets. 2. The building management is very rude - If you are looking for polite, courteous, helpful management, this is not the place for you.

ahhh... where to begin. I left the place a couple of years ago, so now my judgement is more objective: Building: - Thin walls, thin floors/ceilings - Thin windows with some kind of "brush" material as insulation between sliding windows. No noise isolation from the street. - just next to a fire station (it sounds like the fire truck is going through your apartment) - Everything is old and falling apart - No washer dryer. There is a laundry room below the 3rd floor that is NOT accessible with the elevator! You have to go to the 3rd floor then walk down steps. Then through a 100 ft of hallways across the building - No gym of course. - All elevators go to the top (47th?) floor, instead of having half for 3-25 and the other half for 26 - 47. Staff: - Objectively the worst staff I have ever encountered. I have so many frustrating stories. But you don't have time for that. - The manager is never there and never returns any phone calls. He installed video ameras, not for security, but to check on his staff. Other: - Expensive, poor value. - Don't even think about having a social gathering in your apartment (I'm not talking about a party with music, just about 15-20 people, coming to have a good time and talking with normal voices. You'll have disgruntled mothers of 4, 85-year olds, etc. calling security or kocking on your door to keep it down. This was an objective review. The only positive is location near the park and lincoln center (but again next to a fire station and you got no noise insulation). Do not live there. I still resent this place... 2 years later.
