Pros: Generally, the other tenants are kind, although they can also be loud and someone in the building sometimes steals packages and several people in the building smoke both weed and cigarettes indoors. Cons: The building is very poorly maintained. There are rats, mice, and cockroaches, and an issue with the pipes that numerous tenants have complained about. Several of us had mold in our apartments, which management refused to attend to. The building is also dirty and is poorly heated. Advice to landlord: I would advise the property owner to start treating his tenants like human beings.
