Pros: Elevator - slow but reliable. Nice front entrance - double doors with vestibule. 3 bedroom apartments have 1 bathroom inside the 3rd room - treated as a master suite and a really good nice room. Thick windows - quiet nights & also relatively quiet avenue. Friendly building manager. Cons: Dishwasher never worked the entire time we lived in the apartment and they didn't really care to fix it. Laundry is in the building but it's near the garbage in the basement and there are a ton of rats and the machines don't really work. Messy paint job, there's paint marks all over the floor so it always looks dirty. Small/tight kitchen space.

Pros: Neighborhood is nice. People are nice and stores are good. Cons: Garbage kept outside my door. Rodent problem. Advice to landlord: . Get a property manager that will have someone on site everyday.

Walls are so thin and cheap that even picture hangers pull out immediately. Washers constantly broken, serious mouse issues, non responsive management, poor insulation, constantly backed up plumbing, poor layouts, the doorman is nice enough but doesn't do all that much. I would really recommend looking elsewhere.

Laundry and dryers are constantly broken. Noise-isolation between apartments is severely inadequate. Exterior rooms extremely cold in the winter and lack of hot water at peak hours. Management doesn't keep building clean or return calls. Horrible.

My apartment was infested with mice for 9 months out of the 12 I lived in this building. By infestation I mean I could hear them running around at night and saw baby mice on multiple occasions. Magnum management completely disregarded my persistent complaints and wasn't willing to come by and look at my infested apartment until I called the health department.
