Unit 3S Pros: Welcome to NYC and Sinai! This building, aside from one tenant, are all Sinai employees. The super is fantastic and cares more about the apartment than anyone. Prewar building has charm and is maintained well. Problems are few and far between and resolved immediately. The price cannot be beat except by the location. Central Park is your yard and it is amazing in the high 90s. Cons: You’ll get used to the sirens. You can’t exceed your three year stay and neighbors are cold and transient.
