Unit 25 Pros: New appliances, actual granite countertops, somewhat responsive property managers Cons: If you live on the 5th floor, the apartment in the winter, summer, and spring will be EXTREMELY hot due to the pipes for heating. There were times when even with the windows open it would be 80-90 degrees in the unit. I also had issues with mail theft. ALSO, according to NYCDEP this building historically has lead water pipes, please be aware and careful.

Pros: renovated apartment, exposed brick walls Cons: don't rent apartment 2!!! is upon the bar and you can listen to the music from around 2 PM to around 4AM EVERYDAY! the floor vibrates and you know exactly what music is playing. broker refused to show the apartment at 8PM, they only showed the apartment during the times that the bar was closed. we moved in, spent one sleepless night there and left the next day. 42 decibels is the permited by law, between 10pm and 7am. In our night there, the peak reached 85 decibels. they refused to give our 2 months payed in advance rent for this INHABITABLE apartmet! we are going through a nightmare with this terrible people. Advice to landlord: don't put on the market an apartment that it is NOT LIVABLE

Pros: Amazing super, helpful and responsive, relatively clean units Cons: Poor management- no functional stoves for months Advice to landlord: Better communication

Unit 11 Pros: Location is good Cons: Landlord did not respond to leaks, water damage, fixes in a timely manner or at all Advice to landlord: better maintenance

Pros: Clean halls, decent security system Cons: Had a major mouse problem, over the course of 2 years probably caught 10-15 mice in the apartment Advice to landlord: Needs more attention to extermination

Pros: Never had issues with mail theft, buzzer system connects to cell phone Cons: Had a lot of mice in unit, no physical buzzer in apartment, famous cannibal killed and ate his girlfriend in apartment 7 in the 90s
