Pros: Best landlords i've had in the city. Super responsive and helpful. No laundry but literally RIGHT next door to a laundromat so its basically like having laundry in the basement. Cons: Building is right on 1st so it can be loud Advice to landlord: NA

Pros: The layout, light in the bathroom and all bedrooms, fire place in the bedroom, floors, a lot of kitchen storage Cons: A lot of mice, got bed bugs while living here, right above a bar so the rooms facing the street are very noisy
