Pros: The bathroom tile was nice, and the heat did work Cons: The landlord and building super are terrible and dishonest people. They essentially run a slum lord building and don’t actually do anything to help any of the problems. In the 6 months I lived there before finally escaping I had to call 311 dozens of times. The hot water NEVER worked, and I mean never. Their excuse? There was only 1 water heater for 96 units. They are unresponsive to everything, dishonest in leasing contracts, and don’t operate out of a real office that you can even find. Advice to landlord: Advice? I’m just grateful I don’t live there anymore.
