Pros: Great front desk staff, responsive porters/repair people, fantastic location. Cons: The terrace below me would get loud with large parties. Advice to landlord: No comment here

Pros: This building has it all! I loved my time here and all the amenities and perks it had to offer. Staff is also really sweet here. Cons: hmm nothing really. everything is great. I did live on the top floor so sometimes rooftop can get noisy - but it's usually the weekends so understandable

Pros: Amenities are good and pretty well kept Cons: Neighbors can be a bit noisy but it’s the nature of the building Furniture on rooftop could be updated (not lost comfortable) Gym equipment is a bit outdated Advice to landlord: No advice to give

Pros: Beautiful building, clean, owners are responsive to maintenance requests or other needs, friendly staff, great location, amenities are amazing. Cons: noise complaints go unresolved, neighbors are mostly young crowd/college students, price is high Advice to landlord: Wish the price was more reasonable

Pros: Natural light, apt size, Christopher from leasing, doormen, rooftop Cons: Raise rent an absurd amount and will not negotiate slightly Advice to landlord: Negotiate rent for tenants who are within good standing.
