Pros: Friendly staff; clean and well-maintained. Cons: Noise in hallway when neighbors throw parties or return home in early hours of the morning; large rent increases. Advice to landlord: I would recommend this building

Pros: The apartment was spacious Maintenance was quick and effective Laundry was convenient Cons: Rooftop always closed and has a lot of stipulations Gym is tiny and pretty much non existent

Pros: A+ amentities- great rooftop, friendly doormen, well kept apartments with nice appliances + dishwasher, huge laundry room with plenty of new(ish) machines, fast quality dry cleaning & tailor, gym is decent, nice common areas. Easy to pay rent via the app and maintenance is responsive. Cons: Long waits for elevators especially at peak times. They can get really crowded and take forever stopping at every floor. Advice to landlord: If anything, would just be in regards to the elevators.

Pros: i never had an issue with management they always got back to me Cons: there were days the garbage people missed the place and had piles of trash in the front

Pros: -Doorman building conveniently located next to a Duane Reade, Starbucks, the Seaport, and many trains -Decent staff -Quick turnaround time with repairs Cons: -Very young, sometimes loud building -Management is not always the easiest to work with -Rent increased every single year
