Pros: Everyone who works at the building is great. Super clean, nice apts. Cons: Tenants are on the younger side so it can get noisy. Advice to landlord: Lease to over 25

Pros: Location right by Seaport, no amenity fee, great rooftop, friendly staff, responsive maintenance and management, big apartment layouts, Cons: Some apartments are showing their age/not as modern as other FiDi buildings, expensive, no in unit washer dryer, small gym

Pros: Management is very quick, responsive, and friendly. Amenities are all well kept and maintained. Building is clean with no pest issues. New building with electric heat/ac. fast elevators. fridge has an ice machine! Cons: heat/ac cannot be set to a temperature- you must either keep it on off manually. walls between neighbors are pretty thick, however the front door is very thin. noise travels throughout the floor very easily. also because the building allows flex walls, it is a younger crowd-- mostly either pace students or post grad 1-2 years.

Unit 1115 Pros: Nice apartment rooms. Cons: the doormen are quite rude. they don't even look up from their desks to say hi. they don't smile at you or anything. they look at you with suspicion when you ask for packages. the lounge area is quite dark Advice to landlord: Tell the doormen to act more like doormen. Just to be a little bit more polite and friendly

Pros: Ac in every room, it is powerful and convenient. There are no bugs or pests. All of the doormen are friendly and helpful, I feel very safe. The gym is well equipped and the roof has one of the best views I have ever seen. Maintenance is quick and helpful. Cons: Laundry is crowded
