Pros: - doormen are lovely -spacious apartments - great location, only steps from the 63rd/Lex Q Cons: - water drainage in the bathroom is TERRIBLE - management is slow to respond to maintenance requests and often does not respond at all

Pros: Doormen are great, building is nice and the apartments are massive Cons: They’re slow to respond to maintenance requests, have had issues with showers being clogged multiple times Advice to landlord: Stay on top of maintenance

Unit 26G Pros: Right off the F/M/Q, overall kind neighbors, spaces vary greatly depending on the unit. I have a huge walk in closet and nice view, so I can’t complain. Cons: The front desk is nosy, the basement is disgusting and greatly in need of renovation. The carpets and elevators need repair.

Pros: Amazing doormen, gym and laundry in building, rooftop for the sunny seasons. Cons: Building manager is super tough to get a hold of. Few maintenance requests, but for larger asks, it may take longer than anticipated to resolve.

Pros: Big apartments, great doormen, responsive maintenance, large laundry room, gym is ok Cons: AC would turn on late in the season, hallways are outdated, big building so there is often a wait for packages, recently the rent increases have been unreasonable Advice to landlord: Na

Unit 1928 Pros: Very close access to a lot of subway stations, front desk is great, maintenance gets to you pretty fast (usually within a day), don’t really hear neighbors and felt very comfortable living here Cons: Building is older so elevator breaks down sometimes but there’s more than one, wood floors and appliances are a little old, great team and time living here so no major complaints!

Pros: Laundry in the basement, amazing doormen, great location, nice rooftop, large units Cons: management is not always responsive. Rooftop is only open between memorial day and labor day. AC only turns on after memorial day and last year it actually was not turned on until late June.

Unit 819 Pros: Management is straight forward, doormen are great, and the building is well maintained. Cons: The outdoor space has been closed for years while I was there due to local law 11 issues…management was trying to rectify, but it was a bummer.
