Pros: Have loved living in this building. No major issues very clean and a nice place to live if young in NYC Cons: No complaints from me

Pros: Builidng would be considered "affordable" for the Soho area. Great responsive management, all rooms with spacious closets and fans. Cons: Heat control... in the winter sometimes it gets really hot at night and since we are unable to control our own heat, I would end up turning the air conditioning on at night. Advice to landlord: Address the heat consistency
