Pros: Spent well over a decade here, responsive management Cons: too hot in the summer

Pros: Building staff are wonderful. Cons: Building temperatures are poorly regulated. Too hot during the winter. Lots of rules and regs bc of co-op. Advice to landlord: Flexible and responsive
