Pros: Pest control sprays monthly, stairways are cleaned weekly, maintenance is pretty quick to assist Cons: Super loud outside even though it’s a quiet street (vibrations maybe off other buildings?), trash is absolutely WRECKED every morning by the homeless, rent increases
