Pros: - Management is very flexible. - Maintenance team is very quick when it comes to repairs. - Doormans are very friendly and helping. - Very clean building. Cons: Entrance Streets smells bad Advice to landlord: :))

Pros: New built. Clean and Modern. Great doormen and building crew Cons: Leasing office not empathetic during Covid and didn’t give incentives to existing tenants. Advice to landlord: Be flexible

Pros: Aesthetics, Customer Service, Friendly doormen, Views, Rooftop, Amenities, Location right by Fulton Center subway Cons: Package concierge hours were a bit limited Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work with the very friendly vibes and cleanliness and maintenance. I like the events that have been hosted in the common room spaces too. However, please consider working with current te ants on reasonable lease renewal rates. It’s a shame to loose good tenants over a lack of price negotiation. That’s why I left.

Pros: Clean common areas for the most part, friendly front desk staff, great rooftop deck and nice in apartment amenities. Cons: Have had to send noise complaints on neighbors in the building multiple times. Not the cheapest place in town.

Pros: Beautiful building with one of the best rooftops in Manhattan. Management is pretty unresponsive, but a visit to the leasing office usually resolved that. Cons: Windows are poorly insulated so it gets super cold in the winter. With central heat, the bull can add up. Appliances are cheap.

Pros: Really clean building, management is pretty responsive and the doormen are the absolute best!! Cons: You can sometimes hear your neighbors Advice to landlord: None

Pros: Awesome location close to subway; security is good Cons: It’s too expensive to replace a lost key. Advice to landlord: No advice. Keep up the good work.
