Unit 2E Pros: affordable rent, AMAZING super (Benny), respectful neighbors. nice to have laundry in the basement. extermination services were fine, the exterminator is very nice. nice that they allow pets with no pet rent. great location. Cons: laundry room is DISGUSTING and the hallways are also often gross and have dead bugs around. packages consistently get stolen. management cuts corners - we had an ongoing ceiling leak for 2+ months, they would send a plumber to try to fix it, say it was fixed, but then the issue would continue. some of the management team is also really rude and was dismissive of the issues we were living with Advice to landlord: send cleaners to clean up the hallways and laundry room. fix plumbing issues before they worsen. treat your tenants with respect.

Unit 4W Pros: Amazing location, near Central Park and the subway. Clean laundry room in the basement (3 washers & 3 dryers, card operated). No maintenance or pest issues while we’ve been here. Overall, a very nice place to live! Bonus: our renewal offer did not raise the rent at all! Cons: Not much natural light in the living space or one bedroom. Construction across the street, so the street-facing bedroom had noise issues. We do hear our neighbors’ kids and pets occasionally. No control over the heat, and the apartment was often too hot in the winter.

Unit 5E Pros: - Super was very responsive - Online payment - Cheap (at the time) rent Cons: - Super was generally rude (despite being responsive) - Close to hospital, therefore generally loud - The radiators are really old and loud Advice to landlord: Renovate some of the units
