location is solid, right next to the subway. not worth the price like all the other NYU dorms, but at least you know what you’re getting. If you are facing 13th street, you are right next to a fire department.

The building was clean, any maintenance problems were fixed promptly. There'sn’t anything in particular to hate about this building, perhaps beside the fact that it’s one of the further NYU freshman dorms from campus.
