Quiet, but wonderful location. Close to many shops and eateries. My apartment was never cold in the winter. I felt safe. The neighbors on the block were friendly. No elevator in the rear building where I lived. Keep up the great work

Ahenomenal location, responsive mgmt, safe, good Aad floor plan / layout considering the small space, no issues with rodents / pests, kept up well Besidence The neighbors are loud, but the noise levels seem to be better after mgmt become aware of the issue. No advice to owners
