Pros: Respectful neighbors, bedrooms facing the back are super soundproof due to ancient, thick walls. Central location. Only one washer/dryer for the entire building but haven't really had issues getting my laundry done…

Unit 1c Pros: Nice high ceilings in all the units. Very safe I never had any packages stolen. I really enjoyed living here and would be staying if the rent increase justified the space. Cons: Horrible completely unresp…
