We moved here in Dec 2019. Building was owned by Solow. The apartments, staff and mgt company were great. When building was sold to Go Partners last year, and Go Mgt Co took over, the building went downhill fast. 1. First, the new owners got rid of the shuttle bus to Lexington Avenue making it more challenging to get to the subway. 2. Then they closed the package room on weekends. (It used to be open on Saturdays). 3. Then they closed the package room on weekdays at 8 pm. If you work late you can no longer get your packages, dry cleaning, etc. 4. Then they announced they would fine tenants for packages held for more than 5 days. 5. Last month, the mgt company put out a notice that porters were no longer allowed to help tenants bring up luggage, supermarket shopping, big deliveries so they could cut the staff and hire non union temporary porters to save money. 6. Now you find luggage carts in the elevators, and elderly people not being able to get help bringing things upstairs. Luxury building prices but luxury no more!
