It's a great quite street, super lives in building and is responsive, its steam heat and its always warm. The quality isn't that high depending on the apartment. My place had 100 layers of paint peeling off and the kitchen cabinets had gaps. The worst part is the noise from neighbors through the walls and ceilings. Replace floors that make noise beacuse its sucks for the tentant that lives below

The building super (Joey) is the best super I’ve ever known, super legit and caring and always with a smile and desire to help. Rent payment with checks - so outdated and annoying. My bathroom toilet flushes too gently, need to flush multiple times Please accept online rent payments

Great super who is always available and addresses any problems quickly. Elevator is easy. Location is wonderful. Building is older and apartments are a little wonky. Bright fluorescent lighting in lobby and halls. Thin walls mean you can hear your neighbors talking all day. Sullivan is a beautiful street though also a thoroughfare for loud traffic. There will always be people honking outside your window and garbage trucks rolling past at 4 AM. Building owners aren’t really there for the tenants; in it to make a quick buck. Respect your tenants.
