Pros: The neighbors in the building were amazing. The place was new with a washer and dryer. Cons: Dangerous area. Non-responsive management - even when the situation was dangerous (mold). We filed 5 different complaints with the city about flooding/mold and finally left because they weren’t responding or helping. Super high electric bill - hundreds of dollars a month. Getting management to fix something was a full time job. Run as fast as you can from this apartment. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants better and they won’t have to come together, hire a lawyer, and reach out to a bunch of local politicians and reporters.
