Unit 2 Pros: I lived in this building for 7 years with different roommates throughout the seasons. It was a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. The price of our apartment hardly went up as long as we continued the lease. The landlords were pretty elderly so they were old school — meaning that they only wanted checks and they printed out our lease and gave us carbon copies. They hired a newer younger gentleman to help with building management, which was nice. Overall I had a very positive experience living there. Cons: They take a while to do fixes on your apartment to make sure you really need it, so stay persistent yet kind and professional and know your tenant rights. Advice to landlord: Would recommend a window cleaning once a year :)

I want to express my utter disappointment in Hannah and her “professionalism” very rude and I suggest everybody to look elsewhere. Terrible management and kindness skills. Such a shame a great location and property with such poor manager. Pathetic and just sad.

I just moved into Aalto57 yesterday, and it is awesome. George and Hannah with the leasing office are fantastic. They are super nice, responsive, and made my move a lot less stressful. The rest of the team at the building are also so great - so nice and happy to help with anything. Can’t wait to live here.

I was a short term resident in May 2021 and loved my stay. The apartment and common areas were spotless and the staff were friendly and helped me with local recommendations. I had a minor issue with the washer/dryer in the unit and the problem was solved very quickly. The residents' lounge is a great amenity and I used it regularly. The building is located close to a variety of restaurants, drycleaning, and there is a Whole Foods Market around the corner, which was very convenient. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

I love this building, amenities, neighborhood and, in particular, the staff. My wife and I had the unfortunate circumstance of being caught in the Covid-lockdown in San Francisco (our full-time permanent residence) for many months and then found ourselves in the complex situation of moving from our Aalto 57 part-time apartment while being 100% remote. I want to publicly thank George Kefalogiannis for his personal attention to detail and very professional follow-through on helping me schedule and handle all the logistics of move-out and cleaning. Hannah was also of great assistance as necessary. I can truly say this difficult challenge would not have been accomplished without George's personal attention. Separately, Aalto 57 is a fabulous building in a spectacular location and I'm very much looking forward to our moving back when the pandemic allows. Until then, best wishes and a heart-felt thank you to all the staff... Sincere best regards, Michael Bealmear

Sometimes it becomes noisy outside midnight due to alarms of cars or engine noise of garbage trucks. Other than that, it is really nice area. I would be grateful if I could use the gym as soon as possible.

Its been great but just moved in In may and I havent had any access to the amenities yet because of covid. I look forward to seeing what the gym looks like as well as the basketball court. I find the dish washer a bit confusing but Im sure Ill figure it out eventually.
