Pros: Super was very responsive and helpful. Building was clean. Had no package theft. Cons: Rats in the basement. Trash is kept in the basement. I have seen rats fly from the entrance of the building into a tiny crack in the exterior of the building. East Village is known for rats. Have seen rats scurrying around in the basement when dropping off trash Advice to landlord: Trash in the basement should be kept in those closed metal containers.
