Love how the rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment and it’s around 1k square feet. The cost is affordable and a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rocks. Neighborhood isn’t the best but the block is quiet. Love the live in super libardo— super nice guy. mgmt is hands off— which I genuinely like. Dishwasher broke and they replaced it no charge within 7 days. Rooms get uneven heat. Water pressure fluctuates from mediocre to bad with occasionally good. Spoiled by nice water pressure in my last building. Some of the features of the apartment don’t really make sense. My bathroom has a window that doesn’t open cause the mirror they installed blocks it. Moving cause the neighborhood is wack and covid deals are better elsewhere. I want a different space with my s/o Keep on keeping on. The apartments could be cheaper. It would be nice if we had a better rapport with the community garden and my bathroom window opened. Make sure the furniture actually works.
