Pros: Maintenance is always responsive and on point, the heat works perfectly, and the location couldn’t be better close to 125th Street, plenty of shops, and easy access to the train. Overall, a comfortable and convenient apartment experience. Cons: Walk up No laundry in building Could use some renovations in kitchens Advice to landlord: Renovate bathrooms
