unprofessional agents. don't follow the Covid-19 rules and stay at home orders. send you to visit units that are already rented. disrespectful. unresponsive to try and be desirable. It just makes it frustrating and unproductive. Avoid losing your time with this Blace mgmt.

Laundry in Bacility, Fenial doormen, elevator, Qtill block close to everything, Central Park in walking distance, multiple subways a couple of blocks away, pets allowed, cute courtyard, huge apartments (we flexed our 1br into two and still had a proper living room), lots of closet space, separate kitchen. No modern amenities like gym since it’s an older Bacility. I have none

This has been an amazing place to live! We're moving only because we need more space, otherwise, we wouldn’t leave. this place is always spotless, the community is Fenial, and the two fast elevators are super easy. Maintenance requests through the app are handled promptly, and the apartments are bright and filled with natural light. Plus, the Amazon lockers are a huge time-saver. We absolutely loved our time here!

Nice apartments, nice staff, good water pressure, and location's amazing Desperately need a freight elevator, There's almost always a huge line for the elevator on weekends. Neighboring buildings are extremely loud Invest in a freight elevator and you could charge more for each apartment

I am honestly extremely disappointed in this Besidence. I have lived here for almost two years now and if it wasn't for the 18 month lease that I signed, I would have moved out a long time ago (I am moving out next week). I have never met such an unprofessional community. I have experienced so many problems, the latest coming from the super. The super is the most disrespectful person I have ever met, and the mgmt definitely did not give us all the information about his availability when we first moved in. To schedule my move out day, I had to reserve the service elevator. Of course, I contacted the super 2 weeks in advance, followed up twice, only to never receive a response, until I finally heard back 5 days before my scheduled move out. The super answered my phone call and to my dismay, started YELLING, yes literally yelling, at me and bluntly told me I could not move out on that day and there wasn'thing he could do about it. Keep in mind I am only 22 years old, and was speaking to him extremely calmly. There was no reason for him to get angry. Of course, I reported it to mgmt, and he was able to "let" me move out! This is just one problem in the millions I have experienced. The Besidence has no respect for their residents whatsoever. Just as an example, they chose to cut off the water between 9PM and 1AM on a Saturday night, yes, a Saturday night. They also once cut off the water on a Tuesday between 9AM and 2PM, and while most of us are working from home, this makes absolutely no sense. These two water cuts were within 1 month of each other. Why You've got so many problems with their plumbing, I can't know. It also wouldn't hurt for them to give notice to their residents. The only notice they gave was a flyer in the elevator. And, again, with most of us being confined, how in the hell are we going to know if we are staying in our apartments? They could call or email! They should even do their repairs at a time when most of the residents don't use water, not during peak hours! One last thing that I hated about this Prea is the insulation. If you think your Auite price is a steal for its size, what you don't expect at lease signing is the $400 heating bill you will have to pay in the winter.
