Pros: Very conveniently located, good price for the location and space. Landlord is responsive Cons: Inconsiderate, very noisy neighbors in the building, no elevator, no laundry on site Advice to landlord: The closet space on each floor that only certain tenants have access to would be a great place to put laundry units that everyone can use
