This building has been ignored since the day it was built. It was built very poorly and many things break on a regular occasion. The smoke detectors in all the apartments have been expired for over six years. The laundry room is consistently full of cockroaches and water leaking issues as well as the horrible smell. All of the shared spaces aren’t maintained and are disgusting. The security is an issue. Packages are stolen on a regular basis and drug paraphernalia are found regularly in the hallway stairwells and in the lobby. The water in some apartments is brown because the piping is old and deteriorating and has not been repaired the air vents are cluttered with dirt, dust, mold, and debris, and are not cleaned regularly. The elevator goes out of service on a regular basis and is not kept up with normal maintenance. The hallways are carpeted, and never cleaned General repairs that would be expected of any landlord are ignored. Lights in fire exits as well as hallways are out for months. Fire exits are not accessible and even with multiple complaints, not fixed. Leasing consistently gives incorrect lease renewals. Rent credits are ignored and late fees pile up. Management does not respond to emails about rectification of balances. There’s also junkies who live in the apartment with very little to no reaction from management. Everything done in this building is to fix it haphazardly and cheaply so they can cover their tracks. Do not move in this building. It is a scam and run by slumlords.

Unit 6G Pros: Beautiful rooftop or it was when it was maintained. Somewhat spacious apartments, but overpriced for the lack of maintenance. Cons: Noisy neighbors. Walls are paper thin. Gym is sub par with old equipment. Laundry room is never working, despite several complaints. Package theft is consistent, you’ll receive about 1/5th of what you have delivered. Super/building manager who lives on site is consistently drunk, very unprofessional and not very responsive. Common areas are never cleaned. Trash rooms are overflowing and smell horrible. Some neighbors smoke in their apartments and it gets in the vents. The front of the building/lobby/gym/laundry room and hallways are always filthy. Many appliances and parts of the apartment are broken/damaged before move in and fixed enough to get by, but never actually repaired. Advice to landlord: Revamp your gym. Get a new laundry machine rental company. Actually repair the appliances and parts of the apartments that help them to function. Also, responding to residents concerns and actually solve the problems rather than putting them off. Also hire a professional building manager. Someone who actu

Pros: Trying to find the pro ... Affordable but not cheap Cons: - Noise (my neighbors plays the music and I have the impression they are in the living room) - Moving process - Broker lied about the price of the 1BR 10th floor facing west - price was $2550 and last minute increased to $2775 (didn’t have a choice as we had already planned to move) - The windows let the wind enter, and create a crazy noice can be all night long or all day long depending on the wind guts - you need to run twice the dryer to have your cloth dry - tile is broken but didn’t fix it before the move ... this is not an exhaustive list Advice to landlord: I don’t know what I can say especially when on the lease the owner pretends that the rent should be more than $5,000!!! I’ve never been more disappointed to move in a building. Would to hear you do something about the noise and wind isolation.
