Pros: - Elevator - Responsive Concierge - Close to supermarket and transit - Helpful Trash Valet - Pretty spacious gym - Affordable Rent (in comparison to other apts nearby) Cons: - Concierge sometimes let a stranger followed me into the building and did not do anything.

Pros: Quiet, big windows, gym and laundry in building, doorman Cons: Hot water came out brown, building management is tough to work with

Pros: Good location. Great doormen Cons: Management is absolutely useless and rude. Whenever there is an issue they don’t only reply back to your emails with one word sentences or a message that doesn’t answer your request, but they turn all issues around on you so they have zero liability when in reality it is their responsibility. Can’t talk badly about them enough. Whenever I would ask to speak to upper management they were more useless than the last. Don’t recommend this building for this sole reason. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants better.

Pros: Great location and roof Cons: The building management is useless, nothing ever gets fixed, other renters are constantly smoking inside, noise travels very easily from apartment to apartment, elevator constantly overpacked, slow and broken. Look elsewhere in fidi Advice to landlord: Actually make changes when promising
