Pros: The neighbors, porters, and neighborhood. Cons: People will hang out on the benches until late at night and they are LOUD. There is currently a roach infestation in the trash rooms on most floors and nothing is being done about it. Advice to landlord: Have security actually secure the area.

Pros: Incredible neighbors and incredible staff Cons: If you are not rent stabilized - expect a 12-14% increase annually.
