Quiet, friendly staff, easily accessible, good size apartments, plaza is easy and clean, grocery store on premise Leasing office is a mess. Took forever to hear back and had to continually follow up to hear back. But once you’re past them, it’s smooth sailing. Maintenance requests are via phone and not through an online platform to make it easy to manage. Revamp leasing process. Create app or online portal for maintenance requests.

Building staff (doormen, maintenance, etc) were nice. The views of Manhattan and the river are phenomenal. Feels separate from the hustle and bustle of midtown. You are so separated from the city. Totally reliant on the bus. mgmt gets bad. They never fix anything on time. I submitted issues with ac unit 4 times and they didn’t come to fix it until I threatened to call 411, twice. And then it broke again.
